CommentThis model represents the nitrous-oxide reductase protein NosZ as characterized in Geobacillus thermodenitrificans. In contrast to the related form in Pseudomonas stutzeri, this version lacks a recognizable twin-arginine translocation (TAT) signal at the N-terminus. Consequently, its accessory protein may differ. Some members of this family have an additional cytochrome c-like domain at the C-terminus.
