CommentThis ABC transporter periplasmic substrate binding protein component is found in a region of the salmonella typhimurium LT2 genome [1] responsible for the catabolism of 2-aminoethylphosphonate via the phnWX pathway (GenProp0238). The protein contains a match to PF01547 for the "Bacterial extracellular solute-binding protein" domain.
