CommentThis uncharacterized protein is found in several Proteobacteria, among them Rhizobium sp. NGR234, Vibrio cholerae, Myxococcus xanthus, and E. coli strain ECOR31. In the latter, it is part of an integrative and conjugative element that is readily induced to excise and circularize.
