Comment | Tartrate dehydrogenase catalyzes the oxidation of both meso- and (+)-tartrate as well as a D-malate [1]. These enzymes are closely related to the 3-isopropylmalate and isohomocitrate dehydrogenases found in TIGR00169 and TIGR02088, respectively. |
