Comment | Formiminoglutamase, the fourth enzyme of histidine degradation, is similar to arginases and agmatinases. It is often encoded near other enzymes of the histidine degredation pathway: histidine ammonia-lyase, urocanate hydratase, and imidazolonepropionase. |
